I Go Back To December All The Time ♫

MY WINTER MUST HAVES
December Issue of great magazines! Here are 3 of mine.

A Chocolate Advent Calender! Mine's Hello Kitty :-)

Hot drinks! E.g. hot chocolate & coffee <3

Frosty nail varnishes! In colours such as; blue, green, white.

Snuggly slippers to keep totsies warm!

Photos copyright to me, please don't take/use anywhere else. Thank you.

Hey guys! It is now December so here is a little post of the essential things I like to have during this time. I would have done more but some things I couldn't find and I didn't want to make this post too long for ya'll.

British winters are ever so cold, it's been snowing so much! Hopefully, photos to come shortly in my next post :-) The good thing about snow is the days off school, the sledging, snow angels, snow men/women and it's pretty in general!
Bad things include; slippery ice after, freezing coldness, buses and trains not running in some cases.

xoxo

Taylor Momsen, November/December Issue of Wonderland Magazine

I love these photos of Taylor Momsen from her photoshoot with Wonderland magazine.
Aren't they beautiful?

In the interview she talks Gossip Girl, her band The Pretty Reckless, modelling
and how she feels to be seen as a role model.

"the best role model anyone can be is to just be themselves – that’s the coolest thing you can be – and not give a shit what anyone else would say about you because it really doesn’t matter."
P.S. you may have realised I have a new design layout! Hope you all like it, I think it looks more professional? But I still had to keep a little touch of pink to add to the 'CandyCoated' effect! Didn't seem right when I tried the all white look as much as I love that too.

Thank you for reading!
xoxo

EDIT: I bought it today after coming back from a night at the pictures (saw Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1!). This magazine is awwwesome, really lovely. Recommended!!

i-D, Issue 310 - Winter 2010

Bought this today when I was in town shopping, it's been horrible weather - none stop raining and when I saw this AMAAAZING cover of i-D with Abbey Lee on the cover I HAD to get it. I think it cheered me up from the gloomy day. Yay for it being Friday though! This issue is jam-packed with amazing photoshoots & photography (as always..).
It has pictures featuring more of Abbey Lee inside and also Kate Moss! And a spread on Nadine Coyle from Girls Aloud. Well worth your £5.

xoxo,
Isabella

The Back To The Future Issue is the third and final part in i-D's 30th anniversary trilogy. We're looking forward and seeing stars.

The past affects the future: four exclusives, four dialogues.
DISARM: Abbey Lee by David Bailey and Charlotte Stockdale – a relentless, apocalyptic vision of beauty.
AMAZE: Dree Hemingway by Matt Jones and Allan Kennedy – Dree Hemingway has personality to captivate.
INSPIRE: Kate Moss by Alasdair McLellan and Edward Enninful – Kate Moss collaborates with Longchamp and continues to define style.
IMPRESS: Kanye West by Fabien Montique and Rushka Bergman – Kanye is one of the most vocal, provocative superstars today.
Plus insi-De Terry Jones talks in-depth to Jonathan Ive and Marc Newson in another exclusive feature. And we meet the next wave of UK urban music talent.
Sixty miles an hour! Non-stop. Your future's whatever you make of it, so make it a good one.

There are other covers from this issue I've just found online now!
Didn't know there were more but to be honest, I still prefer mine :)

LOVE magazine, issue four.

This issue is about women and being proud of being a woman. SO, LOVE's chosen 8 covers with woman whome they thought made a big impact. The woman that graced the covers were Alessandra Ambrosio, Rosie Huntington-Whitely, Sienna Miller, Agyness Deyn, Kelly Brook, Lauren Hutton and Buela, a Barbie.

Now I've wanted this magazine for quite a while and I was lucky enough to find the one I wanted in the store I went to, I wanted the Buela Barbie. It catched my eye when I saw its picture on the internet, a figure that is seen as perfect by many women. I thought she was beautiful, and not being a real person it can do no wrong. But when I saw there was a Lauren Hutton one I kinda wanted that one, I found out about Lauren Hutton through my idols Mary-Kate and Ashely Olsen... anyway, I won't go into detail but I'll just say this - she is an amazing woman who is incredibly wise, an inspiration.

Anyway, lucky for me my decision was made easy as they didn't have a Lauren Hutton cover in the store I went to.

The magazine is beautiful, I think it is worth the expensive amount it is (£5). It's thick and jam packed with everything you can imagine for a fashion magazine. I've read the interviews by the people I know of, and found it so interesting!

I love this woman so much. She is and always will be my idol. She graces the US September issue so beautifully - as she does with all her other cover girl magazine shoots. I'm so getting this magazine.

Ashley Olsen looks so amazingly beautiful on Septembers Canadian 'FASHION' magazine. The shots are just breathtaking and have a very relaxed, cool retro vibe to them. I wish I could get the magazine but they don't sell it here in the UK, very dissapointing :(
