Cyber Alien

JUMPER: Ragged Priest DRESS: Lazy Oaf SCARF: Topshop
NECKLACE: Bay BAG: Killstar DR MARTENS: Vintage

Hey guys! Here is another outfit I've been meaning to post for some time now. These outfit shots were taken on the last day of LCM back in Jan (hence the scarf) after shooting some street-style of people that were in the que to one of the shows. It took me forever to find the location so by the time I'd got there I had about 5 minutes to shoot before everyone was skipping ahead to go inside! Despite this though it was fun being the model around central with one of my best friends, and getting back into the swing of shooting outfit looks seeing as I've barely done any recently.

Bringing this Killstar bag with me on two LCM occasions I drew various amount of attention for it, and by no means was this deliberate as I was there purely to just take photos and not be photographed haha. Nethertheless I posed with the bag for a couple photographers whose eyes it caught. I can't blame them for wanting to photograph it however, as if it were me spotting someone have this bag for the first time never having seen it I would definitely want to photograph them as I love it so much!! It's definitely one of my favourites and I was so so happy when I saw it in the sale, I totally raced to buy it, making sure I wouldn't try purchasing it before it was too late!

Lazy Oaf x Garfield Launch

I totally forgot about doing this post. These were taken back in April but still I want to share with you guys my photos as it was a really cool event. It had the real life versions of their quirky colourful sets from their lookbook for their Garfield collection inside, full of paper plants, fluffy cushions and comic strip-inspired furnishings, with the models from the lookbook posing beside them. The event was held in East London's Hoxton Arches and included at the back a room with a bar with some food, little mini snacks of lasagna and pancakes, and drinks that were different types of cocktails. Also of course this event included rails of the clothes in which you could buy anything from the collection. I had a great time and also got a cute Lazy Oaf x Garfield goodybag/totebag at the end which included a signature from Jim Davis inside, pretty neat!

London Fashion Week Day 3 Outfit

Dress: Lazy Oaf Vintage jacket: charity shop Mary Jane Platforms: UNIF Sunglasses: Primark

Last February London Fashion Week blog post! This was the last day of lfw I attended and wow this outfit got the most attention of them all, so many people snapped me in my beloved bones dress that I bought back in a Lazy Oaf store sale for only £10, such a bargain considering it would have been £65. I love to wear this dress on a night out but it's also fun to dress it up casually for the day, like here in my oversized jacket, teamed with these platorms that are like a size too small and killer to walk in! I bought them online so didn't know my size would fit my feet so small :( Originally I was going to take them back and swap them for a size up but I couldn't resist wearing them for fashion week so there goes that idea... ha! Literally towered over everyone in these as I'm 5'9" and these add an extra 5 inches! Crazy. Anyhoo I hope you all like it!

Lazy Oaf Winter '13 Launch in Store

On 3rd October I went with my friend to this Lazy Oaf Winter '13 Launch in their store on Carnaby Street. Since my last post of attending London Fashion Week I have actually officially moved back to London for university and so it's really cool that I can attend events like this casually without having to travel nearly as much as I used to by getting to London in the first place! So in which case hopefully I'll go to launches like this more regularly. I really love this collection, everything is very cutesy and bold, and I think the kitty designs are very adorable. I especially love the cat bralet, I think this is my favourite piece even though it's so hard to pick from all the awesome items!

It's really rainy in London right now and it's exactly 1am on the dot as I write this, so I'm thinking I should probably get some sleep soon and stop staying up till the morning but on the other hand at least tomorrow I don't have uni so I can get lie in! Hope everyone's keeping warm in this miserable weather, unless you're one of the lucky ones who are in sunshine all the time, in that case you don't need to keep up being warm! ;)
